Back to Fitri (suppose to..)

Back to work right after quite short Idul Fitri Holiday (I even still have time to check my emails in the middle of my holiday!)

Still about to think that there’s might be something missing within this Idul Fitri. But what? What exactly missing?

I still hear Takbir from every mosque; even though I’m not sure wether it comes from true human voices or just artificial voice from tape recorder..

I still see people goes for silaturahmi; even though most of them surely prefer to done it by sending sms, e-cards, emails, or postcards (this last one must be no longer popular as i know people will have to walk a bit to send it, most people will prefer to do "silaturahmi"  without even move from their seat, you know..)

I still see families gathering everywhere, but i’m not sure wether their hearts gather along with their phisically being.. (My own family gathering last about 3 to 4 hours, and one of my nephew even choose to go swimming better than meet and greet with his grandfathers along with the entire family.. ) Seems like it’s no longer important as it used to be.

I did not see traffic jam the way I’ve seen it before; which is good; uhmm..maybe.. Or was it not? Where’s everyone goes when Idul Fitri Holiday comes? to the zoo? amusement parks? beaches? c’mon.. The money just can’t go to somewhere else better.., right?

At least; I still see people ask for forgiveness to each other;  hope they really mean that.. Aren’t they?

Is it really what I’ve seen? Or my eyes just fools me again and again?

Still missing something from my usual Idul Fitri; not sure what’s missing, but surely need it to feel the same excitement as I had before..
